I was recommended to Akemi by my therapist in 2020. During that time, many of my narratives created in childhood were impeding my ability to make friends, feel deserving of my job, and feel at peace internally. I had struggled with IBS and stomach tension since I was very young and after our sessions I finally felt relaxed. I reached out to Aki in 2020 after my husband of 30 years died from brain cancer. It was a loss I could not grasp and I was in a very dark place - not getting out of bed, not able to work- not seeing friends - drinking too much etc. a friend of mine had done an RTT session with Aki and kept asking me to try it. And I finally agreed to try it.
I did 3 sessions. She helped me to break through my grief and helped me to resolve issues from my past that were also influencing my grief. It has brought my life back - to be able to move forward and find happiness again. I was always making excuses not to have a go with Rtt. It’s not the right time, I will fix myself etc. Then I contacted Aki. Right from the introductory call I felt at ease. Aki is very passionate about helping you, finding what is blocking or holding you back.
Doing x3 sessions was a great option, cause if we are honest it’s not just one area that we struggle with in life and this great to keep building from session 1.
