This website is operated by Reset My Lifestyle. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Reset My Lifestyle. Reset My Lifestyle offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Akemi Dooley offers Rapid Transformational Therapy which includes hypnosis and regression techniques. RTT and/or hypnosis alone does not offer any guarantee of success. The client must want change, be open, motivated, and willing to fully participate in the session and to implement the recommendations and listen to the personalized recording each day for at least 21-30 days.
I understand Akemi Dooley is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or medical practitioner and the information, techniques, methods, recommendations by Akemi Dooley are not intended to substitute for diagnosis and care by a qualified physician, nor to encourage the treatment of any illness by persons not recognizably qualified. If you use RTT and are under medical care for ANY condition, DO NOT make any adjustments to any prescribed medication without the approval of your doctor. If in any doubt, you should contact your physician.
I understand that personalized recordings are not to be listened to, in part or in whole, while operating any machinery, driving, or doing anything else that requires your full attention.
I understand that personalized recordings and/or it's links sent to me have limited accessibility. Therefore, all recordings must be downloaded and backed up onto another device for my unlimited access. Akemi Dooley does not save/store my personalized recordings.
DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS:
A $100 nonrefundable deposit is included in the session price. No shows, cancellations, reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the $100 deposit and require a $100 rescheduling fee.
REFUNDS:
Due to the nature of the services offered, RTT, Hypnosis, guided meditation services and membership packages are not eligible for refunds and must be redeemed within 60 days of purchase.
When purchasing packages which require you to make an upfront payment please make sure that you are prepared to make the commitment to follow the program through to its conclusion before you make the purchase.
The Hypnotist/Practitioner facilitates change by guiding, coaching and by the use of hypnotic suggestions. The Hypnotist/Practitioner cannot control or force the client to change or do anything they do not want to do. The results will vary dependant on the mindset of the client, the desire to change and the commitment to follow instructions both during sessions and in between sessions.
These terms are created to ensure we value each other's precious time. Thank you for your understanding.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
